Where do you deliver?

Delivery and setup is complimentary in the Queenstown and Arrowtown area (this includes Fernhill, Queenstown cbd, Frankton, Shotover/Lake Hayes, Jack’s Point/Hanleys).

Outside of this area (Cromwell, Wanaka, Kingston, Glenorchy) will incur a charge. Please enquire for a quote.

What are the payment terms?

Upon booking to confirm the date we require a $100 deposit which is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event. Within 14 days this is non-refundable.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event.

Are we able to combine packages?

Fancy a sleepover AND a picnic? Sure! Ask us for a custom quote when combining our package options.

How long do we get to enjoy our event setup?

Signature Sleepovers are for 24 hours, Perfect Picnics up to 4 hours. If you would like to extend please enquire for a custom quote.

Is everything clean?

We take cleaning and hygiene very seriously. All linens are machine washed with laundry sanitiser. All other items are hand washed where applicable.

How long does it take to setup?

Depending on the size of the event, allow 1 - 2 hours. When discussing your quote we can give you more accurate timing for your custom celebration.
